1.1 License Grant: When you purchase or obtain a License Key for Tigerdrive, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes on one or more devices, as permitted by the License Key.
1.2 No Subscriptions or Cloud Hosting: Tigerdrive is not a cloud platform. We do not offer recurring subscriptions, and we do not store your files on external servers. All data and file management happen on your local device or within any third-party services you choose to connect.
1.3 Device-Specific Licenses: Each License Key is valid for a specific number of devices. If you wish to use Tigerdrive on more devices, you may need to purchase additional License Keys.
Tigerdrive and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including software, graphics, logos, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Tigerdrive without our prior written consent.
3.1 Ownership: You retain ownership and responsibility for all files and data you manage with Tigerdrive. We do not claim any rights over your files.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Tigerdrive—and the content you manage—complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 No Monitoring: Since we do not host or store your files, we do not monitor, collect, access, or review any data you manage with Tigerdrive.
You agree not to use Tigerdrive for any unlawful or harmful purpose or in any way that disrupts or impairs Tigerdrive’s functionality. If it comes to our knowledge that you are misusing Tigerdrive, we reserve the right to revoke your license or access.
